Sau ba ngày diễn ra Triển lãm Tem bưu chính Quốc gia - Vietstampex 2020, ngày 26/6, Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông (TT&TT), Hội Tem Việt Nam, Tổng công ty Bưu điện Việt Nam (BĐVN) đã tổ chức lễ bế mạc và trao giải cho các tác giả đạt giải.

Triển lãm Vietstampex 2020 có quy mô 506 khung trưng bày được hội tụ từ các Hội Tem và nhà sưu tập tem trên toàn quốc Các bộ sưu tập tem được thể hiện bằng ngôn ngữ hội họa đặc trưng, mang đến cho người xem sự trải nghiệm thú vị với những thước phim tem bưu chính sống động bằng hình ảnh, qua đó hiểu thêm về đất nước, văn hóa, con người Việt Nam.

Triển lãm đã thu hút sự quan tâm của hàng nghìn khách tham quan trong nước và quốc tế. Đặc biệt, số lượng thanh thiếu niên quan tâm, thăm quan triển lãm cũng cũng tăng cao hơn so với mọi năm. Đây cũng là kỳ triển lãm có số lượng khung, số bộ tem có chất lượng và tính thẩm mỹ rất cao, là những tư liệu quý, mang đậm tính sáng tạo, tâm huyết và niềm đam mê của các nhà sưu tập.

Từ 506 khung của các tác giả thuộc nhiều lứa tuổi, Ban Giám khảo đã khẩn trương làm việc, xem xét kỹ lưỡng, phân tích từng con tem, chủ đề để lựa chọn ra những tác phẩm xuất sắc nhất Triển lãm lần này.

Theo đó, Giải Vàng đã thuộc về các nhà sưu tập tem: Lưu Văn Lương (Hội Tem Hà Nội) với bộ trưng bày "Sử dụng tem cô Ba Sài Gòn trên thư và các vật phẩm Bưu chính Đông Dương - Việt Nam"; Ngô Viết Vĩnh (Hội Tem TP. Giải Mạ Vàng của Vietstampex 2020 thuộc về các nhà sưu tập: Ngụy Như Ánh (Hội Tem Khánh Hòa), với bộ trưng bày "Thầy giáo kể chuyện truyền thống giữ nước"; Cổ Đức Trọng (Hội Tem TP. Triển lãm trưng bày dự thi 113 bộ. Người cao tuổi có bộ sưu tập trưng bày tại Triển lãm là nhà sưu tập Trần Đức Thông, 92 tuổi có 1 bộ tem phổ thông mà nhiều năm qua không có bộ nào như vậy được trưng bày giới thiệu. Trong khi đó, người trưng bày bộ sưu tập trẻ tuổi nhất là em Lê Trân Bảo Nguyên 10 tuổi có bộ 2 khung họ mèo đặc tính từng loại, thuộc nhóm tuổi trẻ gồm 22 bộ 51 khung.

Đánh giá chung về chất lượng các bộ sưu tập dự Triển lãm lần này, ông Vũ Văn Tỵ cho biết trình bày của các bộ sưu tập tham dự Triển lãm lần này đã có những trang tem mở rộng để phù hợp bưu phẩm mới. Phương pháp trình bày các bộ tem đẹp, thận trọng, nhiều ấn phẩm quý hiếm, có ấn phẩm giá trị rất cao. Đề tài, Đảng, Bác Hồ vĩ đại, biển đảo… chiếm đa số trong số các bộ trưng bày. Việt Nam đất nước con người cũng nổi bật trong những bộ quy mô nhỏ của các cháu, các em.

Cũng theo ông Vũ Văn Tỵ, các giải Vàng năm nay có 1 bộ sưu tập về Chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh, 2 bộ sưu tập về lịch sử bưu chính, trong đó bộ sưu tập BĐVN thời kỳ thuộc Pháp rất quý hiếm, là tài liệu để ngành bưu chính viết về lịch sử bưu chính Việt Nam và 1 bộ chuyên đề về thành phố Đà Lạt.

Cũng tại lễ bế mạc, Trưởng Ban Chỉ đạo Triển lãm, Thứ trưởng Bộ TT&TT Phạm Anh Tuấn đánh giá cao và nhận định phong trào chơi tem ở Việt Nam vẫn phát triển. Nhiều người sưu tập tem đam mê với con tem bưu chính. Điều này vô cùng giá trị và ý nghĩa. Triển lãm đã được tổ chức hoành tráng khi hội tụ nhiều khung tem đồ sộ, vô giá. Thứ trưởng cũng chúc mừng các nhà sưu tập tem đã đóng góp những bộ tem giá trị để Triển lãm thành công, đồng thời đề nghị Hội Tem Việt Nam phải cố gắng gìn giữ và bảo quản thật tốt những khung tem này.

Trao đổi thêm về định hướng cho Hội Tem phát triển, người sưu tầm tem và phong trào chơi tem tại Việt Nam, Thứ trưởng Phạm Anh Tuấn khẳng định Bộ TT&TT rất ủng hộ, tạo điều kiện tốt nhất cho Hội Tem Việt Nam và hội tem các tỉnh/thành cũng như người chơi tem, sưu tầm tem hoạt động.

Thứ trưởng cũng đề nghị Hội Tem xây dựng kế hoạch hoạt động 5 năm 2022 - 2027, kế hoạch hàng năm. Hội Tem ở Trung ương định hướng các kế hoạch công tác cho hội tem địa phương triển khai. Hội Tem Việt Nam cần xem trong 5 năm cần hỗ trợ gì của nhà nước, của Bộ TT&TT. Hội Tem Trung ương, địa phương phải có hoạt động sinh hoạt gắn kết thành một khối, thường xuyên để phát triển mạnh hơn, phấn đấu cuối nhiệm kỳ Đại hội khoá VI (2022 - 2027) có 10.000 nhà sưu tập, cộng tác viên.

Với người chơi tem, sưu tập tem, Thứ trưởng mong tiếp tục duy trì niềm đam mê, sưu tầm các con tem có giá trị, lưu giữ, bảo quản tốt. Các nhà sưu tập cũng ủng hộ hoạt động Hội, sinh hoạt bài bản, có tổ chức, góp ý kiến cho hội tem địa phương phát triển, có nhiều sáng kiến hay, giúp hoạt động Hội Tem Trung ương được tốt hơn.
