The company encopurages involvement of employees in estimation of tasks and provides exposure to various phases of SDLC. It also provides hands onmanagement experience at the early stage of career, which is good for people who wish to grow. There is transparency and no politics

There is no Pros in working in this company.
Cons
No salary on time and In my case they have not given my 1.5 months of salary. You have to work more then 10 hrs a day and you don't even get proper Tea/Coffee. And you can't even to down to have some or to fresh your mind. No culture in office you just have to work like a Robot. Either you will leave the company by frastating or they will fire you if they can't pay you a salary. You will get selected here quit easily and your bad time will start.

- Great environment to learn. - Everyday you get number of opportunities to learn. - Mentors here are technically knowledgeable which are really hard to find. They will help you in each and every manner they can. If you are eager to learn than this is exact place for you. - Colleagues here are so much friendly, too much team spirit, at any point of time you doesn't feel that you are not able to complete any task as your team and mentor is always with you to give you all advice and time to help you out.
Cons
- Well you have to work really hard to achieve your task, and i do not consider this as a con as if you want to achieve something, you have to work hard. - I read reviews here, and these are really giving one side of things which are not really true, they doesnt mention any good sides which management is doing, starting from perks to the extra help which they are doing. - If you are serious about your career and really want to learn than the management is equally serious about you, so always keep in mind that hard work always paid off.

Pros
The review title says a lot about the company and the management itself. The employer sets a great example of a great leader, working with the team as a colleague and not an employer. Being present in the daily scrum and guiding the co-workers though any technical difficulties. The company follows an excellent work process and that makes sure that the services delivered to the client are top notch. The technologies used are the latest, giving a lot of learning opportunities to the experienced as well as for the freshers. Co-workers are helpful and always there to guide you through any challenge you face while working. Alternate Saturdays have activities to boost your qualities as a person like your personality, Team spirit. Also, new learning activities being done to adapt to new technologies.
Cons
Working hours might get extended but that just to ensure that the standard of services we deliver to the clients are maintained. But the management takes care and make sure you are duly rewarded as well.

The mentoring techniques and methodologies used especially for freshers are very well designed to enable them to ramp up. There are a lot of long term technical projects with international clientele. Opportunities for onsite travel is good. The employee recognition system is great. Surprise gift vouchers, company sponsored holiday trips & promotions are offered for deserving employees.
