A: "recollection" means "memory". "You seem to have no recollection of the GPS" means you don't remember the GPS. Maybe it means that you don't remember seeing it, or you don't remember buying it, or you don't remember what it said. Here are some examples:
"I had no recollection of the man." (I didn't remember ever meeting the man.)
"I had no recollection of the events of that evening." (I don't
remember what happened that night. Maybe I was too drunk? Or it was a long time ago?)
"Know about" means to have information about it. Here are some examples:
"Why didn't you push the safety button?' "I didn't know about it!" (I did not know that the safety button was there.)
"Why didn't you help her with her problem?" "I didn't know about it." (I did not know that she had a problem)
"Know" means that you have met someone, or that you have studied a subject.
"I know
Mr. Smith." (I know him because I have met him)
"I know John's mother." (I have met John's mother.)
"I know Calculus." (I have studied Calculus).
"I know English." (I can speak English)
So your first sentence means, "You do not seem to remember the GPS." The second sentence means,, "You did not know that the GPS existed." The third sentence doesn't really make sense and I don't understand it.
