DADSvDADS.com and oldswords.com websites are down again, for 2nd time in 6 months, major issue on the server side, been down now 3 hours, had the same issue last October, took over 24 hours to fix.

Am looking at separating to a dedicated server for this domain with a higher level service package, expensive but needs better response time, but at the moment unlikely to be Ionos. Shame as that would be easier transfer but need more reliability. Anyone else got other product suggestions ?

Joe resolved our problem within…

Joe resolved our problem within seconds, whereas the first person I talked to took 5 minutes just to say he couldn't help. Hire more people like Joe. And give Joe a small bonus. Seriously. Because when you're automatic emails and cancellation process stinks like it does, you need people like Joe who can clean it all up on the back end and still deliver top quality customer service.

They have fantastic website uptime

They have fantastic website uptime. 24/7 tech support is great, sometimes we have a problem outside normal Monday to Friday hours. Very large selection of services/products/items. We have tried 3 other webhosting services including one that is larger, but those other 3 are NOT as good at all. IONOS is 5 star out of 5. The others are 3.5 at the most.

I had questions

I had questions, Tony answered them in a way that got me to where I needed to go. Who could ask for anything more? Lol

I have had a hosting plan with IONOS for around four or more years and any time I have ever had a problem they worked diligently to resolve it quickly.

Tony helped me with some questions about setting up new pages yesterday and he also solved a problem I have never been able to figure out.

Namely, when viewing my website on a phone the full width of the site wasn't being displayed but rather one segment, then you had to scroll down to see the next part, which destroyed the overall effect of the home page.

Tony said to tell people to go to their browser's setting and choose Desktop view.

Problem solved completely. Now, I am an even happier camper! Thanks to Tony and Ionos.
