Big bertha warbird 3 wood review năm 2024

It has a shallow face that's easy to hit off the deck or a tee. I've been getting between 245-260 and it's usually a nice high draw. The adjustability is good but not as good as some other brands but it's got enough to help a guy out. Not the greatest out of the rough but what 3 wood is.

Not good at all

I literally hit 7 golf balls then the head of the club snapped off and went sailing down the green. I guess when you buy online you never really know what your getting. On the positive side the 7 balls I hit were great, some of the best drives ever!

Great Iron!

I usually always used Ping Irons, but couldn't pass up the great sale price on this iron as I am rebuilding my set. I took this club to the range and pitch and putt and it's wonderful. I am just starting to golf again after about a 7 year hiatus and needed new clubs, I decided to try out something different than all Ping Irons, and I am certainly enjoying the Callaway Irons I have been buying.... as good, if not better than my old Ping Eye/Zing sets.

Awesome. Like brand new!

Even though it is over 20 years old it looks brand new! Actually I hit it nearly as good as my new PING driver. I always liked the smaller headed drivers.

Finally!

I finally found a fairway wood I can hit consistently. Had to rely on hybrids before but wasn't getting enough distance from them on longer holes. This fairway wood fills that gap and I plan to purchase the 3 and 7 as well. The confidence factor is a big plus when you have some "go to" clubs in your bag for certain situations. I like the irons also but feel the driver doesn't have the distance or consistently of the other Fusion products. Maybe I just need more time with it.

JUST AS ADVERTIZED

Played a couple rounds with it now, and as advertised, ball comes off the club with tremendous velocity. The club is very easy to hit, with a great visual. I would highly recommend this hybrid.

Epic Review

the very best Callaway has produced, to this date. It is easy to adjust, provides good feel and feedback, and good distance.

My wife loves it!

I bought it for my wife, who had struggled with her old, entry-level driver. She used it for one season and she loved it. She hit longer (I mean, significantly longer) and also more consistently.

Callaways' Warbird technology puts my ball in the fairway ~ 95% of the time

I've been playing the warbird driver since its' intro to the market. The physics, and geometry from Callaway just made sense.., and the designers were right on. Easiest club to hit, with great looks, and distinctive sound. I was still playing my original Wilson persimmon fairway woods, which are still awesome. I got hooked on eBay browsing, and found a mint 5 metal, and the infamous

7 Heavenwood from Callaway, also in mint condition. For the price, it was time to upgrade. I'm not crazy about the new technologies.., how far do they really need to go? The warbird club design in my opinion, simply changed my game for the best ! Hats off to Callaway & eBay ! Thanks for everything. Terry .., ps .., also great to find older models with original headcovers.

warbird 7 wood (Heavenwood)

I have a 1 handicap, started playing in 1970. Long ago, years and years ago, I hit one of these and liked it, but just now got around to purchasing one. These little clubs are outstanding. Consistant distances and straight ball flight are the norm. The ball doesn't balloon as with other 6 and 7 woods I have, more of a penetrating flight. They are very easy to hit off the deck, guess it's the soleplate, but whatever, they are the easiest woods to play from short or no grass that I have ever used. Oh, and if you like to hook and fade on purpose, it'll do that too! One of my chief concerns with these older clubs was over the distance issue. Would they be shorter than the newer, hotter heads? I can now say in my experience, that they are just as long as any out there. Heck, for the money you save by purchasing one of these beauties, you could take some lessions and be better off. As a post, parting endorsement, as of now I am in the process of replacing all my fairway woods with these Warbirds. Have the 5 and 2 (deuce) and 7, looking for a mint 3 and 4. Hit 'em straight!

How do I choose fairway wood?

Spin levels are one of the important aspects to take into consideration when shopping for a fairway wood. Higher spin levels will be useful for golfers with a slower swing speed or golfers looking for strikes that will stop rapidly upon impact. Lower spin levels will be a favorite of players with fast swing speeds.
