The Python runtime does not enforce function and variable type annotations. They can be used by third party tools such as type checkers, IDEs, linters, etc
This module provides runtime support for type hints. The most fundamental support consists of the types Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 27, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 28, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 29, and Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 30. For a full specification, please see PEP 484. For a simplified introduction to type hints, see PEP 483
The function below takes and returns a string and is annotated as follows
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name
In the function Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 31, the argument Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 32 is expected to be of type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 33 and the return type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 33. Subtypes are accepted as arguments
New features are frequently added to the Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 25 module. The typing_extensions package provides backports of these new features to older versions of Python

Type aliases¶
A type alias is defined by assigning the type to the alias. In this example, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 58 and Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 59 will be treated as interchangeable synonyms
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4])
Type aliases are useful for simplifying complex type signatures. For example
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 6
Note that Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 60 as a type hint is a special case and is replaced by Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 61
NewType¶
Use the Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62 helper to create distinct types
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 0
The static type checker will treat the new type as if it were a subclass of the original type. This is useful in helping catch logical errors
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 1
You may still perform all Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 63 operations on a variable of type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 64, but the result will always be of type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 63. This lets you pass in a Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 64 wherever an Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 63 might be expected, but will prevent you from accidentally creating a Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 64 in an invalid way
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 8
Note that these checks are enforced only by the static type checker. At runtime, the statement Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 69 will make Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 70 a callable that immediately returns whatever parameter you pass it. That means the expression Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 71 does not create a new class or introduce much overhead beyond that of a regular function call
More precisely, the expression Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 72 is always true at runtime
It is invalid to create a subtype of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 70
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 4
However, it is possible to create a Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62 based on a ‘derived’ Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 7
and typechecking for Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 76 will work as expected
See PEP 484 for more details
Note
Recall that the use of a type alias declares two types to be equivalent to one another. Doing Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 77 will make the static type checker treat Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 78 as being exactly equivalent to Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 79 in all cases. This is useful when you want to simplify complex type signatures
In contrast, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62 declares one type to be a subtype of another. Doing Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 81 will make the static type checker treat Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 70 as a subclass of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 79, which means a value of type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 79 cannot be used in places where a value of type Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 70 is expected. This is useful when you want to prevent logic errors with minimal runtime cost
New in version 3. 5. 2
Changed in version 3. 10. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62 is now a class rather than a function. There is some additional runtime cost when calling Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 62 over a regular function. However, this cost will be reduced in 3. 11. 0.
Callable¶
Frameworks expecting callback functions of specific signatures might be type hinted using Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 88
For example
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 1
It is possible to declare the return type of a callable without specifying the call signature by substituting a literal ellipsis for the list of arguments in the type hint. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 89
Callables which take other callables as arguments may indicate that their parameter types are dependent on each other using Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 48. Additionally, if that callable adds or removes arguments from other callables, the Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 49 operator may be used. They take the form Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 92 and Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 93 respectively
Changed in version 3. 10. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 28 now supports Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 48 and Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 49. All varieties of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 29 are permissible as parameters for a generic type
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 3
Each type variable argument to Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 30 must be distinct. This is thus invalid
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 4
You can use multiple inheritance with Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 30
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 5
When inheriting from generic classes, some type variables could be fixed
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 6
In this case Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 611 has a single parameter, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 603
Using a generic class without specifying type parameters assumes Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26 for each position. In the following example, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 614 is not generic but implicitly inherits from Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 615
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 7
User defined generic type aliases are also supported. Examples
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 8
Changed in version 3. 7. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 30 no longer has a custom metaclass.
User-defined generics for parameter expressions are also supported via parameter specification variables in the form Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 617. The behavior is consistent with type variables’ described above as parameter specification variables are treated by the typing module as a specialized type variable. The one exception to this is that a list of types can be used to substitute a Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 48
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 9
Furthermore, a generic with only one parameter specification variable will accept parameter lists in the forms Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 619 and also Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 620 for aesthetic reasons. Internally, the latter is converted to the former, so the following are equivalent
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 60
Do note that generics with Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 48 may not have correct Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 622 after substitution in some cases because they are intended primarily for static type checking

Một loại đặc biệt của loại là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26. Đối chiếu hành vi của Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26 với hành vi của Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 639. Tương tự như Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26, mỗi loại là một loại con của Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 639. Tuy nhiên, không giống như Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26, điều ngược lại không đúng. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 639 không phải là kiểu con của mọi kiểu khác

Sử dụng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 26 để chỉ ra rằng một giá trị được nhập động
Phân nhóm danh nghĩa và phân nhóm cấu trúc¶
Ban đầu, PEP 484 đã định nghĩa hệ thống kiểu tĩnh Python là sử dụng kiểu con danh nghĩa. Điều này có nghĩa là lớp Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 647 được cho phép khi lớp Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 648 được mong đợi nếu và chỉ khi lớp Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 647 là lớp con của lớp Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 648
Yêu cầu này trước đây cũng được áp dụng cho các lớp cơ sở trừu tượng, chẳng hạn như Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 651.
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 64
PEP 544 cho phép giải quyết vấn đề này bằng cách cho phép người dùng viết đoạn mã trên mà không có lớp cơ sở rõ ràng trong định nghĩa lớp, cho phép Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 652 được coi là kiểu con của cả Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 653 và Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 654 bằng trình kiểm tra kiểu tĩnh.
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 65

Một chuỗi ký tự tương thích với Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 56, cũng như một Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 56 khác, nhưng một đối tượng được nhập là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 33 thì không. Một chuỗi được tạo bằng cách soạn các đối tượng kiểu Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 56 cũng được chấp nhận là một Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 56
Thí dụ
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 66

Note that this is not the same concept as an optional argument, which is one that has a default. An optional argument with a default does not require the Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 001 qualifier on its type annotation just because it is optional. For example
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 07
On the other hand, if an explicit value of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 60 is allowed, the use of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 001 is appropriate, whether the argument is optional or not. For example
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 08
Changed in version 3. 10. The subscription syntax must always be used with exactly two values. the argument list and the return type. The argument list must be a list of types or an ellipsis; the return type must be a single type

As introduced in PEP 526, a variable annotation wrapped in ClassVar indicates that a given attribute is intended to be used as a class variable and should not be set on instances of that class. Cách sử dụng
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 14

Chú thích ¶Một loại, được giới thiệu trong PEP 593 (_______4069), để trang trí các loại hiện có với siêu dữ liệu theo ngữ cảnh cụ thể (có thể là nhiều phần của nó, vì Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 44 là biến thể). Cụ thể, loại Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 603 có thể được chú thích bằng siêu dữ liệu Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 072 thông qua gợi ý đánh máy Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 073.

typing. TypeGuard ¶Special typing form used to annotate the return type of a user-defined type guard function. Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 52 chỉ chấp nhận một đối số loại duy nhất.
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 52 aims to benefit type narrowing – a technique used by static type checkers to determine a more precise type of an expression within a program’s code flow. The conditional expression here is sometimes referred to as a “type guard”
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 83
Sử dụng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 098 cho trình kiểm tra kiểu tĩnh biết rằng đối với một chức năng nhất định
Giá trị trả về là một boolean
If the return value is Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099, the type of its argument is the type inside Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 52
For example
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 84
If Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 101 is a class or instance method, then the type in Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 52 maps to the type of the second parameter after Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 678 or Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 104
In short, the form Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 105, means that if Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 106 returns Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099, then Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 108 narrows from Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 109 to Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 110
Note
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 110 không nhất thiết phải là dạng hẹp hơn của Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 109 – nó thậm chí có thể là dạng rộng hơn. Lý do chính là để cho phép những thứ như thu hẹp Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 113 thành Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 114 mặc dù cái sau không phải là kiểu con của cái trước, vì Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 115 là bất biến. The responsibility of writing type-safe type guards is left to the user
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 52 also works with type variables. See PEP 647 for more details

This class can then be used as follows
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 86

Cách sử dụng
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 87
Biến loại tồn tại chủ yếu vì lợi ích của trình kiểm tra loại tĩnh. They serve as the parameters for generic types as well as for generic function definitions. Xem Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 30 để biết thêm thông tin về các loại chung.

Note that type variables can be bound, constrained, or neither, but cannot be both bound and constrained
Bound type variables and constrained type variables have different semantics in several important ways. Sử dụng biến loại ràng buộc có nghĩa là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 29 sẽ được giải quyết bằng cách sử dụng loại cụ thể nhất có thể
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 89
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 40
Tuy nhiên, việc sử dụng một biến loại bị ràng buộc có nghĩa là chỉ có thể giải quyết Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 29 khi chính xác là một trong những ràng buộc đã cho
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 41
Khi chạy, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 120 sẽ tăng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 061. In general, Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 064 and Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 065 should not be used with types
Biến loại có thể được đánh dấu hiệp biến hoặc chống biến bằng cách chuyển Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 124 hoặc Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 125. See PEP 484 for more details. By default, type variables are invariant
class typing. TypeVarTuple ¶Type variable tuple. A specialized form of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 126 that enables variadic generics
A normal type variable enables parameterization with a single type. A type variable tuple, in contrast, allows parameterization with an arbitrary number of types by acting like an arbitrary number of type variables wrapped in a tuple. For example

Note the use of the unpacking operator Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 127 in Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 128. Conceptually, you can think of Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 129 as a tuple of type variables Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 130.
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 43
Type variable tuples can be used in the same contexts as normal type variables.
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 44
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 45
However, note that at most one type variable tuple may appear in a single list of type arguments or type parameters
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 46
Cuối cùng, một bộ biến kiểu đã giải nén có thể được sử dụng làm chú thích kiểu của Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 136

Parameter specification variables exist primarily for the benefit of static type checkers. Chúng chỉ hợp lệ khi được sử dụng trong Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 49 hoặc làm đối số đầu tiên cho Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 28 hoặc làm tham số cho Generics do người dùng xác định. Functions and decorators¶
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 09
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 10
Mới trong phiên bản 3. 11
đang gõ. assert_never(arg , /)¶Yêu cầu trình kiểm tra loại tĩnh xác nhận rằng một dòng mã không thể truy cập được
Thí dụ
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 11
Ở đây, các chú thích cho phép trình kiểm tra loại suy luận rằng trường hợp cuối cùng không bao giờ có thể thực thi, bởi vì Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 108 là một Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 63 hoặc một Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 33 và cả hai tùy chọn đều được bao phủ bởi các trường hợp trước đó. Nếu trình kiểm tra loại thấy rằng có thể truy cập cuộc gọi tới def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 742, nó sẽ phát ra lỗi. Ví dụ: nếu chú thích loại cho Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 108 thay vì def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 744, trình kiểm tra loại sẽ phát ra lỗi chỉ ra rằng def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 745 thuộc loại def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 746.

Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 12
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 13
Hầu hết các trình kiểm tra loại đều hỗ trợ def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 749 ở mọi nơi, ngay cả khi tên không được nhập từ Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 25.
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 14

The presence of def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 753 tells a static type checker that the decorated object performs runtime “magic” that transforms a class, giving it def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 754-like behaviors
Ví dụ sử dụng với chức năng trang trí
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 15
Trên một lớp cơ sở
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 16
Trên một siêu dữ liệu
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 17
Giá trị của các đối số này (_______4099 hoặc Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 834) phải có thể được đánh giá tĩnh
def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 772 cho biết tham số def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 762 được giả định là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099 hay Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 834 nếu nó bị người gọi bỏ qua
Nếu không được chỉ định, def greeting(name: str) -> str: return 'Hello ' + name 761 mặc định là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099
Nếu Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099, trường sẽ chỉ có từ khóa. Nếu Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 834, nó sẽ không chỉ là từ khóa.

@đang gõ. quá tải ¶Trình trang trí Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 102 cho phép mô tả các hàm và phương thức hỗ trợ nhiều kiểu kết hợp đối số khác nhau. Khi chạy, gọi trực tiếp một hàm được trang trí bằng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 102 sẽ tăng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 108.
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 18

Đã thay đổi trong phiên bản 3. 11. Các hàm bị quá tải giờ đây có thể được xem xét nội tại khi chạy bằng cách sử dụng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 109.

Mới trong phiên bản 3. 8
Đã thay đổi trong phiên bản 3. 11. Người trang trí bây giờ sẽ đặt thuộc tính Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 116 thành Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099 trên đối tượng được trang trí. Do đó, một kiểm tra như Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 118 có thể được sử dụng trong thời gian chạy để xác định xem một đối tượng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 119 đã được đánh dấu là cuối cùng hay chưa.
@đang gõ. no_type_check_decorator ¶Người trang trí để cung cấp cho người trang trí khác hiệu ứng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 120
Điều này bao bọc công cụ trang trí bằng thứ gì đó bao bọc chức năng được trang trí trong Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 120
@đang gõ. type_check_only ¶Decorator to mark a class or function to be unavailable at runtime
It is mainly intended to mark classes that are defined in type stub files if an implementation returns an instance of a private class

Ví dụ: Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 150 được chuyển đổi ngầm thành Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 151.
Note
Các loại chung PEP 585 chẳng hạn như Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 152 sẽ không được chuyển đổi hoàn toàn thành Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 153 và do đó sẽ không tự động phân giải thành Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 154

Hằng số¶
đang gõ. TYPE_CHECKING ¶Một hằng số đặc biệt được giả định là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 099 bởi trình kiểm tra loại tĩnh của bên thứ 3. Đó là Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 834 trong thời gian chạy. Cách sử dụng
Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 24
Chú thích loại đầu tiên phải được đặt trong dấu ngoặc kép, làm cho nó trở thành "tham chiếu chuyển tiếp", để ẩn tham chiếu Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 157 khỏi thời gian chạy trình thông dịch.
Note
Nếu sử dụng Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 158, các chú thích sẽ không được đánh giá tại thời điểm định nghĩa hàm. Thay vào đó, chúng được lưu trữ dưới dạng chuỗi trong Vector = list[float] def scale(scalar: float, vector: Vector) -> Vector: return [scalar * num for num in vector] # passes type checking; a list of floats qualifies as a Vector. new_vector = scale(2.0, [1.0, -4.2, 5.4]) 813.
