Awesome Experience at Ricoh Arena…

Awesome Experience at Ricoh Arena Coventry! Just visited this unit. Lovely warm welcome, friendly patient service. Freshly cooked cinnamon pretzels and an awesome coffee that matches and betters Starbucks and Costa! All this and a lovely young lady with a beautiful smile enthusiastically running the show and genuinely taking care with her customers! I will be back!!!

Too expensive, NO small portion choices.

Too expensive! No options for smaller portions. Just another fast food outlet with poor service, and intent on expanding the nations waistline. Don’t be persuaded to buy there, sometimes tasty offerings, theyre just making you obese. Very unhealthy option!

Auntie Annie’s Highcross Leicester- I…

Auntie Annie’s Highcross Leicester- I want to give a 1 star but I can’t as I still walk by wanting one! The chilli cheese hotdog pretzels! The 1st time I tried one it was to die for but unfortunately this stuffs just like drugs, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th hit just never compared! They’re actually pretty disgusting! The cheese is usually over cooked & dry, leeching out the moisture from the pretzel itself so when you bite through your mouth has the experience of this dry, chewy dough on one side & watery, mushy, tinned hotdog sausage the other! Not worth the money!

Completely overpriced for what I received. Ridiculous amount of money for a pretzel. Good flavour and taste but too expensive. £4.80 almost had a heart attack when they asked me to pay. Will never be going back unless someone else pays for me:/ overall terrible experience

Cheltenham Arcade - hygiene issues

I would have given 5 stars until I saw the state of the floor at the Cheltenham Branch in the Arcade.

Brought the usual delicious pretzel dog which was expensive for £5.00. I sat down on the seating provided opposite the counter and was disgusted at the state of the floor behind the counter. (The door was open). Unfortunately I cannot upload photos as evidence.

The floor is filthy and it is not hygienic. What else is dirty that the customer cannot see and is hidden. I question the hygiene at this place. It was quiet when I was there, why was it not cleaned. Staff could also slip on the mess.

This has stopped me buying from there now as who knows what else is dirty behind the scenes and hidden. Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid this place. Manager and assistant both have bad attitudes. Watched them bully a member of staff in front of customers. It was so bad this member of staff was in tears. Other staff were bullying other staff members. I was so shocked and disgusted I will never go to this place again. Anyone reading this should avoid. Staff were obviously not trained in their products or how to treat the public and that includes the manager who is nothing more than a self righteous sexist thing who should be sacked.

The food contain hair on the food and staff did not want to replace or make refund. Very impolite and unprofessional staff, here is always issue while serving. Bad customer service, I made action against issue as this is not admissible.

Very Disappointed!

This is my favourite place and I usually get 5/6 of the hot dogs with cheese and jalapeño. Yes they are expense at almost £5 each. I had received a birthday treat voucher on the app which is valid till 13/07 but the person at the till said they are not honouring them at the moment! Why send the voucher then?

Auntie Anne's: Watford

For a shop that has small space and literally nothing to improve, they are a pretty good store for a quick little snack.

Although, they are a bit pricey their food/snacks are very fulfilling and are worth it after you pay for it. If the prices were a bit lower then for sure I would definitely think of a rating of five.

They also sell drinks which is a much added bonus which also taste. extremely nice too. Very good in the summer and refresh a lot of working people during their lunch breaks.

Auntie's Anne is very appealing to all people in many different stages of life and thrives in the summer with working people looking for a snack or probably even a cooling drink.

The only way I would suggest giving them a five is if the store was to grow in size for it to get more people and really to start exceeding of exceptions! Currently, they only have one checkout so it is a one line queue as well as no seating space which would be welcomed as a bonus

Auntie Anne's Highcross Leic

£4.60 for a cinnamon pretzel! Nearly threw up on my five pound note as I was handing it over. Wish I had now! Monetary debt aside, the taste was basic and the pretzel could have fit in the small pocket of my jeans... You know the one inside the main pocket? That one. If all else fails, at least they have customer service spot on right? Wrong! He said something but couldn't quite hear him past the prison-like screen they had up and the mask he was wearing. Maybe he said the pretzel was £1.60 and I misheard him. Enjoy that £3 on a Tesco meal deal my friend!

Why is Auntie Anne's pretzels so good?

The pretzels are always made fresh. You'll never find pre-made pretzels at an Auntie Anne's. Each location receives shipments of the signature flour mixture, which is put in a mixer along with water and yeast. Pretzels are baked, brushed with real butter, salted and served hot, fresh and ready to eat.

Is Aunty Annes healthy?

The pretzels are packed with sodium A single Auntie Anne's Original Pretzel has 990 milligrams of sodium, or 41% of your total daily amount. A jalapeño pretzel has 1,060 milligrams of sodium. And an Auntie Anne's Sour Cream & Onion Pretzel has 1,240 milligrams.

Is Auntie Anne's baked or fried?

Products sold at Auntie Anne's franchise locations are baked fresh in-store. In order to provide you with a great Auntie Anne's experience at home, we use the same proprietary blend of flour used in our stores.

Why does the Auntie Anne's logo have a halo?

Anne and Jonas Beiler were both raised Mennonite, and in her book Twist of Faith, Anne talks about how God helped her through a family tragedy and helped her build Auntie Anne's. But the halo over the pretzel in the company's logo was introduced in 2006 after Sam Beiler initiated a redesign and rebranding.
