I used both products sparingly, only in my night-time skincare regime. The usage gentle exfoliants really depends on your skin type, I have sensitive skin, so this was my prefix regime for an optimum effect. I use this product twice a week on cleansed face, in my night-time skincare regime. I really liked the hint of minty scent of this product, it felt refreshing. On cleansed face, I soaked a cotton pad with ample amount of Miracle Toner, before gently swiping on an upward notion, over my entire face. The Miracle Toner not only helps to rebalance the skin's PH level, but also removes the leftover impurities from the skin's surface. On that note, I'd usually apply toner only using my hands and fingers, by gently tapping the product onto my skin. However, if I had makeup on earlier during the day, I'd use a cotton pad, simply because it helps with lifting the leftover impurities away. The Miracle Toner did not irritate my sensitive skin, and I also noticed that my after skincare and makeup absorbed better. The Some By Mi AHA BHA PHA 14 Days Miracle Spot All Kill Cream (gosh, the name is a mouthful) on the other hand, not only helps to strengthen the skin's natural barrier, it also aims to reduce wrinkles, purify and brighten the overall skin tone. I use this product only when required, on the acne/inflamed red spots on my face. Despite the name, the product felt more like a gel, rather than a cream. And like the former, this also had a very light minty scent to it. It is also worthy to note that apart from AHA BHA and PHA, the product also have Cica and Vitamin B5 as core ingredients, known for it's soothing and anti-inflammatory properties - perfect for my sensitive skin. I applied the spot clearing gel, after using the Miracle Toner, and before my night-time moisturizer, only on the red spots on my face. The product melts into the skin, so it did not leave an unwanted sticky-feeling on my face. Upon a few applications, I was quite surprised to see that the redness have gradually reduced. In conclusion, both the Some By Mi Miracle Toner & Super Miracle Spot All Kill Cream does it's job well. My skin felt smoother upon usage, gave way to better absorption to my other skincare products and provided a bit more glow to my overall complexion. |
