Up next is the Sport, which is arguably our favorite when it comes to how it looks. This variant gets you black accents on the door handles, mirrors, and grille, black 20-inch wheels, and a hands-free function for the powered tailgate. The top-trim Titanium+ variants then come with chrome trims on the door handles, mirrors, and grille, and two-tone 20-inch wheels. Exclusive to the 4×4 variant of the Titanium+ are a pair of adaptive matrix LED headlights with static bending lights and automatic high beams.

In terms of interior equipment, the 2023 Ford Everest is setting the standard once again in terms of tech and features. The base Trend already comes with leather seats, a 10.1-inch version of the SYNC4 infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, 8-inch digital gauges, and an electronic parking brake. Stepping up to the Limited gets you power-adjustable front seats, USB ports on the first and second rows, a 12V outlet for the third row, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a windscreen-mounted USB port for dashcams.

Moving up towards the Sport variant gives you Sport-specific seats, while the range-topping Titanium+ variants benefit from a panoramic sunroof, a bigger 12-inch screen for the SYNC4 infotainment system that now comes with an intelligent voice assistant, 230V outlet for the rear passengers, power-folding third-row seats, and ambient LED lighting. Exclusive to the 4×4 version of the Titanium+ is a bigger 12.4-inch digital gauge cluster.

Two engine choices are available depending on the variant of your choice. Most variants will come with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine that produces 168 hp and 405 Nm of torque, and this is mated to either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. Exclusive to the Titanium+ 4×4 is a twin-turbo version of the 2.0-liter diesel engine, and it produces 210 hp and 500 Nm of torque. These two engines are carried over from the outgoing Everest, but it comes with significant improvements in refinement.

The previous-generation Ford Everest was a pioneer in the segment when it comes to safety and driver assistance tech, and this new model aims to continue that streak–at least if you get the Titanium+ 4×4 variant. While all variants come with the usual suite of airbags, hill start assist, electronic stability control, and reverse camera, it’s only the Titanium+ 4×4 that gets the suite of advanced driver-assistance tech. This includes stuff like a 360-degree camera, automatic emergency braking with post-collision brake, full-speed adaptive cruise control with lane centering, autonomous parallel and perpendicular parking assistance, blind spot warning, rear cross traffic alert, just to name a few.

The 2023 Ford Everest is now on sale across all of the brand’s dealers at the following prices:

  • Everest Bi-Turbo Titanium+ 4×4 AT: P2,495,000
