I was just looking for a lower pH face wash to help keep the sebderm at bay, but I got so much more with this! My face is so much brighter and smoother, I can barely believe it. This is the only change in my routine. For reference I was using Cerave and Mother Dirt foaming cleansers. They were fine, or so I thought until I got this cosxr product. However, this had a terrible chemical scent that I could not get over. It's really unbearable, and I started holding my breath when I use it. In terms of cleansing my face, it did an okay job .
