My experience at checkin counter at Amritsar airport was not good. The lady at the desk didn’t allow me to carry 1 kg extra in carry on trolley. In 15 years of flying experience with different airlines, trolly weight was checked for first time. Looks like Qatar Airways has different rules based on the countries.

flight was hour late and connection was tight. Not much help from ground crew to get through security and across the airport to the connecting flight.

Check in at Chennai was painful

Ưu: "i was told i miss my flight by 5 min and and they told me they wil book mw next flight and gave me a phone number when i called the ph9ne number i was given they asked ms 1400$ more and that was for a week latter flight when i asked for atleast refund or flight cridet they dniede me and wasnt even want talk to me."

Khuyết điểm: "The crew at check in was really inconsiderate and has given us false information! Despite of what documents were required and submitted I was not allowed to board the plane."

Ưu: "Flight attendants were excellent, food service very good. If the service is so good in economy, I can't imagine how nice it would be to fly in business class. I would fly Qatar Airlines all the time if the price is right."

Khuyết điểm: "Economy row seats don't give you enough space for your legs between rows, but this is a systemic problem among airlines. You have to live with it or move up to business class."

Ưu: "The best customer service i have ever expierienced, i have overslept for my connection flight in Doha - i received full support with booking my next flight for free, pass to business lounge, and finally the upgrade for my flight from Doha to Warsaw in business class"

Ưu: "Business class was good Cabin crew service was impeccable Vegetarian meals were good Need more choices"

Khuyết điểm: "Old aircraft Toilets were non functional but the crew kept them clean Entertainment systems were not functioning with remote Need complete overhaul of these Not enjoyable on a long flight"

Khuyết điểm: "On my flight from PHL to KHI, both legs had perfect head/necks that were adjustable. But on the flight from DOH to PHL, the neck rest was awful - it only adjusted vertically (unlike the other flights), and it was too thick so that my neck was in an extremely uncomfortable position for 14 hours - not fun!"

Ưu: "A 350 was a very quiet plane, hardly any engine noise. Service was good."

Ưu: "From the exceptional lounges to the cleanliness of the plane, the food options in business class and the flight attendants , Qatar Airways was excellent"

Khuyết điểm: "The only issue was the movie options for the Hollywood options. There should have been more newer releases for such a long flight."

Ưu: "The airplane seats in economy were comfortable for the very long flights I took with Qatar Airlines. The seats had enough room between the back of the other seat. The seat reclined to a comfortable position. The seat back provided a built in head rest. The TV's in the seats were the largest I have ever seen on a flight in economy. The staff were helpful and great. The food and drinks provided were decent!"

Ưu: "Ended up having spare seats beside me. Planes were new and in great condition. Staff were very good."

Khuyết điểm: "I’m a 6’3” in shape man. I selected the bulkhead seats for extra leg room. Great crew, but my shoulders stuck past the seat edge 3” on both sides."

Ưu: "I am always glad to see a working USB port for charging mobile devices on these 12+ hour flights and was not disappointed here. The list of movies was long. Also positive was the tallest headrest I have experienced in coach."

Khuyết điểm: "Movie selection could be improved. Second meal had no vegan option."

Khuyết điểm: "We could not watch anything as my wife and my screen did not work."

Ưu: "Good, newer wide body aircraft. Good service. No hassles, really. Would fly again. Overall good experience."

Khuyết điểm: "Newest seating arrangement in 777 300 ER just too crammed. Used to be better. Nothing special about this flight, was expecting a little more space, a little less crowded, a bit better service. But my flight was short hop from BKK to HAN, last leg of flight originating in Doha."

Ưu: "I flew from LAX to Dhaka Dec 18th and had a great experience. Staff was very helpful -- I was given the opportunity to re-arrange my bags, to avoid a baggage fee. Excellent entertainment options. New and comfortable planes."

Khuyết điểm: "Had a bit of a delay getting checked in at LAX, as they only have one counter, and weren't open when I first arrived."

Khuyết điểm: "No food selection, USB ports didn't work, passenger who didn't want to sit in her assigned center seat created a fuss and I ended up voluntarily moving to another seat. Center seats are really tight, elbows are in the way of all passengers and if you are average height you have to turn your legs at angle to sit which infringes on other passengers' spaces. very uncomfortable. Aisle next to me is so small."

Khuyết điểm: "The delay from Bahrain to Doha. We delayed around 30 min. On the plane before take off."

Ưu: "The flight was comfortable. The flight attendants were pleasant and attentive."

Khuyết điểm: "After the flight landed we had to present our boarding passes one by one so they could be inspected again and our names were crossedoing off some list. It really slowed down meeting our ride and getting to customs. I think it also contributed o our flight being delayed since the flight before us had to do the same thing as they disembarked. I would be more concerned if my flight had a close connection if this is a standard practice. This was my first flight with Qatar. If the practice is standard I won't keep flying them."
