Reddit Best 2 in 1 laptop 2022

Hello! I'm starting college in the fall and I didn't want to have to buy both an iPad AND a laptop, so I really wanted to get a 2-in-1 laptop to take notes and fulfill both those needs at once. I'm pretty new to looking at laptops, so I'm really lost as to what my best options are. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think to buy HP - Spectre x360 2-in-1 13.5" 3K2K OLED Touchscreen Laptop - Intel Evo Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD + 32GB Intel Optane - Nightfall black. What do you think? Recommend? Or prefer yoga 9i? Thanks you!

Hey everyone.

Been googling for quite a while regarding any upcoming laptops for 2021. I was looking to upgrade my surface book 1 laptop that has lasted me quite a while. I was debating in getting the HP spectre x360 sometime in october/november or waiting until next year to see what gets released.

Unfortunately I don’t see anywhere of any upcoming 2-in-1 laptops being mentioned within any brand :( . Let me know if you have any suggestions.

(And yes, it has to be a 2 in-1. I love them and has worked wonders for me during school. I normally prefer them in tablet mode as I am mostly on onenote 9/10 times. I am also not trying to settle for the surface pro8 or any current laptops. If it comes down to settling, it would be the HP spectre x360)

Thanks in advance!!

Best,

Sis

Like I had my school laptop and I have never EVER used the touchscreen besides doing something gimmicky. I mean if your a artist or teacher I understand but, a LOT of people want this ability for some reason??? I just don’t understand why. Fine, I lied, I actually used the touchscreen to open tabs. But that was when I didn’t have a mouse. I got my own laptop now and like it seems so stupid. Why waste money for a function you aren’t going to use? If anyone actually uses a 2 in 1 post a reply below.

Edit: So basically everyone uses it to take notes etc. Should’ve expected that. I mean I use my iPad sometimes to take notes but a Laptop, for me is wayyyyy to big for that type of deal.

Also preferably not crazy expensive.

EDIT: Looks like the ASUS Rog Flow X13 won. (I did more research)

Hi,

im looking for a new Laptop. It has to be a convertible design. My budget is around 1200. I'll be using it mostly for office stuff, but sometimes I work with Rstudio, where my current Surface Book(1) gets super loud, which is annoying. Also I value a good design and would prefer something that lets me read texts outdoors. Ive been looking at: Dell xps 2 in 1, HP Spectre 360, Samsung Flex/Pro Book etc. but they all seem to have some weakness. I really love the Samsung Style but it seems you cant use these outdoors at all. Anything you could recommend? I should add I absolutely hate Lenovo products with that ugly red dot in the middle

Hey guys, I’m looking for a mid range 2 in 1 laptop for college. I’m an engineering student and would love to use the pens to write up notes on Onenote etc.

I’m currently between the HP Envy x360 13.3 and the Lenovo Yoga 7i. The HP seems the most reliable but more expensive.

What do you guys think and do you have any better suggests? Thanks in advance!
