I have downloaded photoshops elements 12 Trial version. When starting and it comes to the sign in dialog box. I get this message: Please connect to internet and retry.

I have done the four step guide for solving this.

Internet is OK. I can go to a secure site, The root certificate i activated but it don not still can start the program. I tried this on three different computers and it is the same bug everywhere.

I called the support but i got i phone carousel fo about half an our and they said there i no support for trial version. Find your help on forums......

Can anyone please give me a tip how tol solve this.
