The 3ds Max Scene Security Tools is Autodesk's recommended way to detect and remove known 3rd party malicious scripts identified as CRP\ADSL, ALC, ALC2, PhysXPluginMfx, MSCPROP, and their variants. The malicious scripts can corrupt the Autodesk® 3ds Max® environment, cause data loss and instability, as well as spread to other systems through sharing of 3ds Max scene files.

Autodesk recommends that all customers running supported versions of 3ds Max, including 3ds Max educational licenses, 3ds Max Indie and 3ds Max Trial versions, download and install the 3ds Max Scene Security Tools application to help detect and resolve issues caused by 3rd party malicious scripts.

Relink Bitmaps là gì?

Cái tên nói lên tất cả, Relink Bitmaps là một plugin của 3Ds Max giúp bạn dẫn lại link ảnh cho các model một cách tự động. Tức là bạn không cần phải load lại từng vật liệu một mà chỉ việc chọn link folder chứa toàn bộ map và nhấn OK. Thế là xong!

Relink Bitmaps tương thích với các phiên bản 3Ds Max 2013, 3Ds Max 2014, 3Ds Max 2015, 3Ds Max 2016.

Relink Bitmaps xài có dễ không?

Cực kỳ dễ luôn, bạn coi đoạn video dưới đây sẽ thấy dễ đến không tưởng.

Ưu điểm của Relink Bitmaps

So với tính năng Asset Tracking có sẵn của 3Ds Max, Relink Bitmaps không yêu cầu bạn dẫn chính xác thư mục chứa map. Chẳng hạn map của bạn ở E:>ARCH>HDRI>VIZPARK – HDRI Skydome 02>VP Skydome 14>02 HDRI skydome, lúc này bạn chỉ cần dẫn tới E:>ARCH>HDRI>VIZPARK – HDRI Skydome 02 là đủ rồi! Chương trình sẽ tự động vào sâu thư mục trong để load lại map cho bạn.

Cài Relink Bitmaps bằng cách nào?

Bước

1: Download file Relink Bitmaps phiên bản mới nhất tại đây.

Relink Bitmaps.mzp

Đôi lúc tải về bằng các trình hỗ trợ download thì Windows tự động đổi đuôi file lại thành *.zip thay vì file gốc là *.mzp. Bạn cần phải đổi lại đuôi file bằng cách sau:

Cách truyền thống là bạn vào Control Panel > Folder Option để chọn hiển thị đuôi file. Bạn có thể truy cập nhanh Folder Option bằng cách:

Bấm đồng thời phím cửa sổ Windows + R > mở lên hộp thoại Run… > copy đoạn bôi đậm này RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Options_RunDLL và bấm Enter.

Chọn qua tab View và bỏ tích vào Hide extensions for known file types rồi bấm OK.

Lúc này bạn có thể vào lại thư mục chứa file vừa down về để đổi lại tên file cho đúng.

Bước

2: Khởi động 3Ds Max, kích vào MAXScript > Run Script

Hiện ra một hộp thoại báo bạn phải tìm đến file vừa tải về, bạn dẫn vào thư mục chứa file và bấm Open.

Lúc này sẽ nhảy ra một thông báo rằng bạn đã cài đặt thành công và làm theo hướng dẫn của nó để lấy icon Relink Bitmaps ra.

Bạn làm theo hướng dẫn thôi: vào Customize > Customize User Interface > Toolbars. Ở Category chọn ColinScripts và kéo icon Relink Bitmaps lên thanh công cụ. Lưu ký kéo vào bên trong các icon đã có nha, kéo xa ra ngoài quá sẽ không nhận đâu!

Sử dụng Relink Bitmaps như thế nào?

Khi mở một file 3D bị mất map sẽ báo như hình dưới. Bạn cứ bấm Continue để bỏ qua.

Kích vào biểu tượng RB ở thanh toolbar bạn vừa kéo lên. Plugin sẽ nhảy một pop-up đề nghị Donate, bạn có thể donate cho tác giả 10$ hoặc Close để tắt đi, hoặc mặc kệ nó.

Ô bên phải báo những link map đang mất, bạn kích vào Browse để dẫn lại thư mục chứa link ảnh.

Hoặc cách này nhanh hơn!!!

Ở folder chứa map, bạn copy đường dẫn ở thanh trạng thái và dán vào ô Folder, nhanh hơn là duyệt theo cây thư mục.

Sau khi dẫn đúng đường link, bạn bấm OK! Sau đó bấm tiếp vào Relink. Ô bên phải Missing Files đã không còn báo mất link như ban đầu nữa, bạn thành công rồi đấy!

OK! Xong xuôi hết cả rồi, bấm Render để tận hưởng thành quả! Hình dưới thể hiện render trước và sau khi được relink.

Tổng kết

Viết ra giải thích thì dài dòng vậy thôi chứ khi quen tay rồi bạn thực hiện rất đơn giản (xem video sẽ rõ hơn). Với ưu điểm mình đã nói ở trên, Relink Bitmaps là một plugin miễn phí có thể nói là tốt nhất trong việc load lại link map đã mất. Sau khi load map thành công, bạn save file lại để ghi nhớ đường dẫn mới. Lần sau khi mở lại file đó, toàn bộ map đã được cập nhật đầy đủ và bạn sẽ không phải tốn công load lại một lần nữa!
