The attractions were great at communicating confirmations and in answering questions. We had a 2-day pass and those 2 days were packed! Great value. Date of experience: March 04, 2024 All Inclusive 2 day PassesThis is how we will do Vegas from now on… We experienced so many attractions that we otherwise may not of went on. If you follow instructions, make reservations when needed, & plan your day a little then it’s easy! Well worth it. Next time we will do the 3 day to do the premium attractions. We will ALWAYS do the club crawler one - super fun!! Kyra was awesome, organized, & made the night super fun!! All in all you will get your moneys worth and they were well received. There's no clear instructions and we need to recheck with employees. It's a little bit inconvinent for those who in a hurry. We completed all four attractions successfully, this is indeed cheaper than I purchase separate tickets. But it take long time to print the tickets in Changi Airport Jewel Terminal Lounge, I guess some staff are unfamiliar with related process. Warm Regards, Go City Gocity was great if a touch limited in options in oahuGocity was great. Using them narrowed down the experiences and took away or decision paralysis. It felt like we saved money as well since we tried to take advantage of everyday. Lots of great things to do in oahu! Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 for me, was that many of the attractions required a vehicle to reach (not enough shuttle options) and that the options were a bit limited. No notice or warning that we wouldn’t be able to use them at all seeing as Hollywood is pretty much shut down due to the Oscar’s. Go city refused to help, wouldn’t let us change our pass till the next day when they resume business. Disgusting customer service, once they take your money, that’s it. I chose it among many other options mainly because it offered many possibilities. Unfortunately, when I wanted to reserve an activity, I had to reserve through a third party it was often confusing and even impossible at certain times. I don't recommend this pass. The only bad thing is that you can't book online most of the activities. You need to go there, queue to get tickets, and then come back at the right time. It was good to have things paid for in advance and not have to deal with booking them once there. The app was handy and mostly let us know which attractions required advance booking. The only problem was with Top of the Rock- we didn't know we needed to reserve a time slot and wound up having to go late at night. Barcelona, San Diego, San Antonio, Orlando, Las Vegas- all of them have been great. Now. We have Paris coming up. We bought the explorer pass specifically because it included Disneyland Paris and lunch or dinner to Morduk restaurant. Now they have taken those activities out and keep on taking out other explorer pass activities such as the elevator guided tour to the Eiffel Tower. This will be the last time I will buy this pass. So funny thing is. Even though they have very few selections for the pass, they done allow to use the pass twice in the same activity which one may use to replace the big venues that they are discontinuing. I have reached out to their email support and nothing. We have invested so much in this company and it is not cool to see how they are treating their customers. We hope to serve you again in the future. Is Gocity Las Vegas worth it?With all the long lines, weird operating hours anvd akward reservations times, we were only able to do 2 attractions per day. We bought two 3-day all inclusive passes for $400. So basically we paid $400 to do 6 attractions. Not worth it. How do I use Gocity app?How does the Go City app work? The Go City app is your key to exploring the city. Download for free to your Apple or Android device and follow the instructions in your confirmation email to sync your pass to the app. Then all you've got to do is show your pass at each attraction. |
