The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with the language barrier. The beds and rooms are kept immaculately clean. The lockers are a great feature and come with provided keys to keep belongings safe. It was also nice to have complementary air-refreshner in the room. The toilet facilities are quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to use. Some of the tables in the social areas are in the way and need to be moved to access lockers.
