My ExperienceThe COSRX Oil Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion was the first COSRX product I wanted to try a few years ago because of the Youtuber Joan Kim (joanday) who used to rave about it on her channel. It sounded perfect for my dehydrated yet easily clogged skin but when I first tested it on the back of my hand in an ALAND store it felt a little tacky so I ended up getting the Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream instead at the time. Turns out that one (old formula) caused a few whiteheads so buying the COSRX Oil Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion would have been better. Well especially now that I’ve had the chance to use the COSRX one, I know it would have been better. Since getting the COSRX Oil Free Ultra Moisturizing Lotion in the Beauty & Seoul 2021 Advent Calendar, I’ve used it quite a few times in my morning routine. I found that it feels quite refreshing and thirst quenching on my dehydrated skin upon application, and glides on with a smooth slip. It does feel slightly tacky on my skin until it fully absorbs but doesn’t take long so I’ve been okay with it. My skin always ends up looking plump and healthy after using use this lotion which I love. For me, this is a great morning or summertime lotion.
